Alpha Project Update #Crypto4Help in Cúcuta Colombia

CriptoConserjetogether with our most committed partner, $PAC, is combining forces with other leading cryptos such as Bitcoin, Horizen, Ohmcoin, Electroneum, and Digibyte to battle the economic crisis in Venezuela. On average, 50,000 Venezuelan refugees pass through Cúcuta Colombia each week seeking work, food or asylum. $PAC is helping us by financially assisting populations in need through our innovative crypto-adoption program.

This project has been implemented in multiple phases in order to gradually scale and incorporate lessons and improved processes to better serve Venezuelans and Colombians in need.

The first phase of this project involved airdrops to 5 refugees. Participants were given a short explanation of cryptocurrencies and asked to complete a short quiz. After completing the quiz, each participant was awarded 5 USD worth of BTC as payment for participation in user adoption testing.

In the second phase of this project, $PAC airdrops were distributed to five refugees who, after completing a quiz about crypto correctly, each earned 5 USD worth of $PAC. Instead of converting crypto to fiat, participants were given the option to use their crypto to purchase food and medicine with one of the program’s merchant partners. These airdrops were very well received. The refugees were very thankful and expressing their gratitude to the fullest.

In collaboration with $PAC, our team has produced mini-documentaries about refugees in Cúcuta earning $PAC for participating in the user adoption Alpha test and buying products using cryptocurrency. Automatic Subtitle are available and we are working on releasing English dubbed versions soon.

In the latest phase of the project, $PAC airdrops reached 30 refugees, exceeding the initial goal of 20 participants. Our primary sponsor for this project was CryptoPT from Portugal. Thanks to their generous support, we have been able to introduce residents in Cúcuta to crypto.
